The Chuan Chow Soy & Canning Co. Ltd., which produces CARP PRODUCTS originating from Hong Kong, established The Chuan Chow Soy & Canning Co Inc. (TCCSCCI) in the Philippines under the same product brand name CARP PRODUCTS in 1952.TCCSCCI is engaged in the manufacture of Carp Soy Sauce, Carp Chinese Style Patis, Carp Yellow Beans and other related products.

In Order to ensure and maintain the Original Chinese and Traditional method of producing the CARP PRODUCTS, The Hong Kong - based company set up the manufacturing plant in the Philippines and transferred the Original Chinese Technology to TCCSCCI in 1952. For the last Fifty five years TCCSCCI employs the same original ancient oriental method of proteolytic enzyme digestion which requires three to six months of processing. Therefore, the Original Chinese Traditional Flavor is maintained and the valuable food components such as trypthophan, amino acid as well as other amino acids of biological importance are not destroyed in manufacturing processing.
